Action Groups
Virtual group coaching sessions led by a mental health professional to keep you accountable in making progress toward your specific goals.
Meet with your group weekly to discuss progress, share successes and challenges, and set new goals.
Action groups provide support, encouragement, and feedback to help members overcome obstacles and stay motivated.
Personal Coaching
Meet 1:1 with a Kinetik coach to build mastery and accountability towards your daily and longterm goals.
Personal coaching includes 4 coaching sessions per week (10 mins each). Coaching begins with an initial 45-min consultation session.
Members can also request 30min skills sessions with a Kinetik coach (additional cost applies).
