  • Our pricing is straightforward so you know what to expect before you schedule.

    • 20-minute session with Physician: $260

    • 45-minute medication management follow-up: $380

    • 60-minute medication management follow-up: $450

  • Kinetik is an out-of-network provider, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. However, we can can provide a superbill, upon request, to file with your insurance company for reimbursement. You can check with your insurance company beforehand regarding out-of-network benefits and reimbursement. The service codes that insurance companies will ask for regarding reimbursement are 90792 (for the initial appointment) and 99212 & 90833 (follow-up appointments).

  • For child/adolescent clients:

    The intake allows for the doctor to meet with the parents alone, the child alone, and then everyone together to at the end to discuss a treatment plan for moving forward.

    For adult clients:

    During your intake, the doctor will gain an understanding of your background, begin building the patient-provider relationship and make recommendations for a treatment plan moving forward.

  • When starting medication, patients are typically seen more frequently (every 1 to 2 weeks) to monitor their progress and make adjustments. Once established, follow-up appointments may extend to every 3 to 6 months for routine medication monitoring. 

    As an individual adult client or the parent/guardian of a minor client, you may be required to participate in supportive services, such as coaching, education, or behavioral strategies.
