Whether you’re exploring ADHD for the first time or seeking a clearer understanding of your difficulties, an assessment can help identify your needs and guide your next steps.

What Your Assessment Includes

Your assessment combines clinical interviews, a review of your history, and relevant questionnaires, with Creyos cognitive testing where appropriate. Together, these help us understand your symptoms and everyday challenges. You’ll receive a written summary and personalized recommendations, with cognitive testing considered as one part of the overall assessment.

How It Works

Your assessment typically takes place over two 50-minute appointments, with questionnaires and cognitive testing completed as appropriate. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, review the findings, and identify practical next steps.

  • 1. Initial Appointment

    We’ll discuss your concerns, health history, and experiences at school, work, or home. This conversation helps us understand how attention and executive functioning challenges affect your daily life and what you hope to learn from the assessment.

  • 2. Assessment & Review

    Relevant questionnaires and Creyos cognitive testing, where appropriate, provide additional information about your experiences and cognitive skills. Your clinician considers these alongside your history and clinical interviews to build a fuller picture of your needs.

  • 3. Results & Recommendations

    At your follow-up appointment, we’ll explain the findings and discuss what they mean for you. You’ll receive a written summary and personalized recommendations, which may include treatment options, coaching, or further evaluation based on your individual needs.
