Whether it’s starting a new job, maintaining an exercise routine, or just getting better at managing daily tasks, we’ll help you turn "I’ll do it tomorrow" into "I’m doing it today.”
Practical Support for Everyday Life
Build skills that help you manage your time, stay organized, and follow through on what matters. Together, we’ll develop strategies for starting tasks, maintaining focus, and creating routines that fit your life—then practice and adjust them as your needs change.
Who We Help
We support working professionals, students, and people seeking help with ADHD and executive-function challenges, including autistic people. Whether you’re balancing responsibilities, navigating deadlines, or finding everyday tasks difficult to manage, we’ll work with you to understand your priorities and what gets in the way.
Together, we’ll develop practical strategies for planning, organization, time management, focus, and follow-through. Sessions use your actual tasks and routines, giving you opportunities to practice skills, work through obstacles, and adjust your approach. Support is built around your needs, strengths, and goals.
Support That Fits Your Life
Individual appointments last 30 or 50 minutes, with shorter 15-minute coaching sessions available to support planning, accountability, and getting started. We’ll agree on the format and frequency during intake, so you don’t need to choose a package beforehand.
Your schedule might include weekly or every-other-week appointments, longer sessions supplemented by brief coaching, or two to four short sessions each week with a longer monthly review. These are examples, not fixed requirements. We’ll review your progress and adjust support over time, reducing or increasing appointment frequency as your needs change.
How it Works
Getting Started
Your intake commonly includes two 50-minute appointments. Between sessions, you may complete Creyos and questionnaires to help identify the skills and strategies that will be most useful.
Learning and Planning
Together, we’ll identify your priorities, build practical strategies and create a plan that fits your day-to-day life.
Ongoing Coaching
Continue with 30- or 50-minute sessions, with optional 15-minute check-ins, to apply what you’re learning, review progress and adjust your approach.
Availability & Payment
Coaching is available in person and remotely. The type of support we provide depends on your physical location, your provider’s role, and the service agreed with you.
Clinical services in Georgia
For clients physically located in Georgia, a clinician authorized to practice in the state may provide assessment, counseling, and support with skills and everyday functioning. Sessions with non-clinician coaches are always non-clinical, including within Georgia.
Coaching outside Georgia
For clients outside Georgia, all appointments—including intake—are non-clinical coaching, even when the coach is a licensed clinician. Support focuses on goals, routines, planning, accountability, and follow-through; it does not include clinical evaluation, diagnosis, or psychotherapy.
Payment & Insurance
Non-clinical coaching is private-pay and is not billed as psychotherapy for insurance reimbursement. Eligible clinical services provided in Georgia may qualify for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on the service and your insurance plan. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. We’ll discuss fees and arrangements before you begin.
Have questions about appointments, availability, or payment? Make an inquiry and we’ll help you find the right support.

Individual support starts with intake and planning, commonly across two 50-minute appointments. Intake can be adapted to your needs; a separate free consultation is not required.
Ongoing 30- or 50-minute appointments focus on learning and practicing skills, developing systems, reviewing progress, and working through barriers. Optional 15-minute coaching appointments help with planning, accountability, task initiation, and practical follow-through. We agree on the combination during intake and adjust it as your needs change.

Executive functions play a role in a person's ability to plan, prioritize, initiate, and carry out tasks. These functions include:
Attention Control: The ability to selectively focus on relevant information and ignore distractions.
Working Memory: The ability to temporarily store and manipulate information in the mind.
Inhibition: The ability to stop or control impulses and delay gratification.
Emotion Regulation: The ability to recognize and manage emotions in oneself and others.
Planning and Decision-Making: The ability to set goals, develop plans, and make decisions.
Flexibility: The ability to switch between tasks and adapt to changing demands.
Challenges with executive functioning are commonly experienced by those with ADHD and those who are in a highly demanding or stressful environment. Improving executive functioning helps to solve problems effectively, make decisions, and achieve goals.
