Foundations for Change

Clarify the changes you want to make, identify meaningful goals, and explore how executive functioning, strengths, and challenges shape your approach.

WEEK 3 · NOVEMBER 4

Building Structure, Routines & Habits

Create structure for your day and learn how motivation, habits, and reinforcement can help you build routines that last.

WEEK 5 · NOVEMBER 18

Getting Started & Working Through Procrastination

Understand your procrastination patterns and practice task initiation skills that make getting started easier, even when motivation is low.

WEEK 7 · DECEMBER 9

Managing Thoughts, Emotions & Setbacks

Explore how self-beliefs shape your responses to challenges. Build skills for managing anxiety, overwhelm, shame, self-criticism, perfectionism, and frustration.

WEEK 2 · OCTOBER 28

Time Management, Planning & Prioritization

Build time awareness and develop your own workflow for planning, prioritizing, and managing responsibilities around the actual demands of your time.

WEEK 4 · NOVEMBER 11

Organization: Making Your Environment Work for You

Organize your physical and digital environments. Simplify everyday tasks and create systems to reduce what you need to manage.

WEEK 6 · DECEMBER 2

Improving Focus & Managing Distractions

Learn strategies for maintaining focus, managing distractions and transitions, and practice returning to tasks after interruptions.

WEEK 8 · DECEMBER 16

Maintaining Progress & Moving Forward

Evaluate what’s working, adjust or simplify your strategies, and make a realistic plan for maintaining progress and getting back on track after setbacks.
