Mary Fragakis, BA, DipACLM

As the program director for Kinetik, Mary plays a key role in facilitating accountability groups, co-leading classes, and program development. With a recent certification in Lifestyle Medicine (DipACLM – Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner), Mary combines her specialized knowledge in Lifestyle Medicine and ADHD with a strong commitment to individual and community support.

Mary completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston and started her journey in mental health as an intern at the Medical University of South Carolina. During her time there, she partnered with the National Crime Victims Research and Treatment Center and MUSC Pediatrics, where she gained valuable insights into patient care and coordinating grant-funded projects.

Mary’s experience includes over three years as an Intake Coordinator at Peachtree Comprehensive Health, serving as the Program Coordinator for Community Support After Suicide (CSAS), and recruiting participants for DBT research. Her hands-on experience and focus on lifestyle interventions are pivotal to shaping Kinetik's approach to mental wellness and group dynamics.
